Our Adult Swim Program is currently on hold.

 

Our Adult Swim Program is unique and centers on the belief that every adult has individual skills and goals. Our Chandler program is taught by one of the best in the business – Connie Lagerhausen. Our patient, experienced and inspiring instructor will work with you one-on-one to achieve your individual goals.

Private Adult Lessons are held at Fitness Works, serving Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert and the Phoenix-Metro area. From beginning swimmers to triathletes, Connie can provide the skills and support you need in the pool! Fitness Works boasts having one of the only 25 meter indoor pools in the East Valley, making it an ideal location for our adult lessons.
